Hi, I’m Dr. Margaret Ready

I’m a holistic bodyworker and chiropractor with a passion for supporting prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric bodies. While these areas are my specialty, my practice is inclusive and open to all bodies — because everyone deserves thoughtful, personalized care.

I love working with the whole family, helping each person feel more connected, balanced, and empowered in their body. My approach weaves together bodywork, chiropractic, natural lifestyle practices, functional movement, ergonomic habits, nutrition, and home health strategies to support long-term wellness.

I’m deeply committed to birth education and helping families make informed, confident choices about their health. I’m certified in the Webster Technique and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) using the Gillespie Approach — a gentle yet powerful way to release fascial tension in newborns, children, and adults. I also incorporate a variety of chiropractic modalities, soft tissue therapies, and hypopressive breathwork to support physical and emotional healing.

Originally from Detroit, I recently made the move from Brooklyn to beautiful Beacon (in 2023). I’m a proud single mama to a spirited three-year-old. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me moving my body, exploring good food, cooking, laughing, and catching up on favorite podcasts.

I can’t wait to meet you and support you and your family on your wellness journey!
