Insurance
Dr. Ready is an out-of-network provider with all insurances. Upon request, she is happy to provide a detailed superbill (itemized receipt with insurance codes) which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes.
Late cancellations / no show
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. I charge 50% of your appointment fee. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling, in this case I will charge the entire appointment fee.
